Bulgarian Development Group is a Bulgarian investment company, which operates in the field of real estate. The Company has strong positions on the key markets mountain and sea side resorts in Bulgaria.

Bulgarian Development Group is the first company on the Bulgarian market who has introduced the hotel managed business approach into the investment property business in Bulgaria. The Company has six departments:

• Research – it handles the analytical work related to the investment potential of the regions in Bulgaria. The department is specialized in gathering information about the future development of projects both on state and local level.
• Legal – it takes care of all legal issues of acquiring the property and the further arrangements of ownership.
• Planning and Investment – this department manages both functional and constructional characteristics of the property investment. The department plans the cornerstones of every project – features of the project, architectural and construction guidelines. The planning department is responsible for the business planning too – it specifies the ROI on every investment project for the individual investor. The investment specialists manage the financial aspects of the project – cooperation with banks and subcontractors.
• Engineering and Construction – it manages the control process of the actual construction work.
• Sales department – responsible for the marketing policy of the company and sales strategy of every development.
• Hotel management company – it handles all running management issues related to the real estate investment projects of the company
